Refund Policy

Zolvd subscriptions are billed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's buyer protection policy applies to all purchases made through Zolvd.

1. Free trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro features. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

2. Refund window

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date and we will process a full refund with no questions asked.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription before your next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain full access until that date.
